What is NextLEVEL – Meet the Team

As an Executive Assistant, Lyndsey serves an integral role in client accountability and so ensures that Ian Harford is well prepared for all client coaching sessions and meetings that he engages in, as well as generally keeping him organised! Through her commitment to this role, Lyndsey plays an important part in supporting clients on their journey to success, celebrating their wins, and empowering them to be brilliant.

Prior to her time at ActionCOACH NextLEVEL, Lyndsey was an Events and Marketing Team Leader at Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, helping to support Staffordshire businesses to prosper within the business community, moving into this role and working to support businesses through coaching and business re-education was a natural transition and perfectly aligned with her skills and culture.

Commonly described among the team and our community as adaptable, honest, approachable, and extremely hardworking, Lyndsey is an extremely important asset to the ActionCOACH NextLEVEL team.

Lyndsey is also mum to Lily, dog mum to Skye and an avid reader. Outside of work Lyndsey can be found exploring new places, walking, trying new foods and drinking coffee, sometimes cocktails!

Hello everybody! I’m Lyndsey, born in Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire, I am a mum to my little girl Lily, wife to Matt and dog mum to our Border Collie, Skye! I love exploring the peak district with my family and discovering cafés to refuel after a day on the hills.

As Executive Assistant to Ian, I love being part of our dynamic duo and working with our coaching team to help you to achieve the most out of your coaching journey with us. I am a great team player and supporter, offering you the day to day support you may need to be the best version of you. I love exploring and to have adventure, so I will learn more about you, your business and we will have fun together!

The number one thing I take from my role is to be able to celebrate your wins with you, and more importantly show you abundance and positivity on the tough days of being business. I can’t wait to meet and support you!
